Very well made slacks with soft 2. 5 inch elastic band that hugs my waist nicely. Surprised to find that the zipper is fake but with the elastic waist they slide down easily after undoing the clasps. The two clasps make the waistband lay nicely. The legs are roomy but not huge. The fabric is a bit stretchy and allow for bending and squatting with comfort. I usually wear an 8 and ordered a Medium. They were big and I believe a small would fit well. The attention to detail and finishing makes these slacks stunning enough to dress up but are comfortable and durable enough to do anything else in them.

Got these in a medium( I ’ m 5 ’ 8 ”, 165lb), and the fit is wonderful. They don ’ t look too baggy, but I still have great mobility( if you have the problem of big thighs, you know tight pants make squatting and floor- sitting difficult). If I could change one thing, I would make them and inch or two longer, but I just wear them with sandals or flats( yes, I pull them off as business casual at work).
