I do have to adjust them, pull them down the leg or up at the waist here and there, but minimally. I have the sapphire/bright blue, gorgeous color! and this 8- inch version is the perfect length for my 48- yr old muscular legs, and covers the more dimpled parts that appear every day as I “ level up ” in age, that I don ’ t want anyone else seeing. Everything is perfect about these shorts but if I could change 1 thing, and this is because of my own personal problem- I wished the front was more tummy controlled. [ The training shorts are very comfortable and colorful. The material is a little thin, it would be nice if it were a little thicker. The two main things for me would be to add more support in the abdominal area and more elastic added at the waist( To help keep the waist in place, because the waist tends to fall. I have to keep pulling the shorts up to and readjust). I will definitely be able to use the shorts until the end of my pregnancy which is great!

[ I love these shorts! I am early on in my pregnancy but they fit really well and there definitely seems to be room for my belly to grow and still fit into the shorts. The fact that there isn ’ t a seam on the bottom is wonderful! I don ’ t have to worry about that cutting into my thighs when I get farther along and swell some. The lack of a seam on the bottom is one of my top 2 favorite things about the shorts. The material is super soft! The only thing I wish was that there was a little more support in the belly and that the back is not as loose. I know these are “ gentle support '', so that may be why there is very little support in the belly. As for the loose fitting in the upper back, that may go away as my belly gets bigger. Even with those two things, the shorts stay up great and are the shorts I gravitate towards once I get home from work. I will be buying more of these shorts in the future!

[ This product was a perfect work out companion. I opted to go with a medium size bottom. They did seem to run slightly big, but still were able to hold up to my body ’s curvature. I love the color and they definitely stand out compared to traditional shorts. Outside of working out, I am able to style them alongside Nike runners and dunk lows! Durability wise, I can tell the quality is very good. I will need to come back in a few weeks to see how they hold up!

The only con I would note is that I find they don ’ t really have a compression effect so if you ’ re looking for something that will hold you in these are more stretchy. I personally like this about them and think it makes them more comfortable.

I ’ m 5 ’ 3 and the shorts go at mid- thigh for me, and settle above my belly button. And the gusset thankful prevents camel toe, despite the front seam. Additionally, my tummy doesn ’ t look to awkwardly thankfully🙏 as for how it makes the booty look — in my case there was a minimal double cheek look. My stats: I ’ m 5 ’ 3 at 180lbs lmao and I got an L in the mauve color.

Moreover, the pockets fit my iPhone pro max! There are a few drawbacks such as the front seam which may cause mild camel toe, and a small elastic waistband at the top.
