Perfect for long running! The pockets are amazing! I can hold 3 gels in each pocket. Then there is room for one in the back pocket too! You can also put a phone there if you want. The only issue is with the material. The softness makes the shorts very comfortable, but the inner thigh rubs the material down a bit. If you run super long, like I do, over time that material may wear thin and tear a small hole. At least it did for me. Otherwise, if you do n't marathon train, then you 're probably fine. I 'll probably buy another pair when I 'm back to running shorter races.

I didn ’ t have high hopes for these( tbh i never buy nike because i just assume they dont make good running gear) but the magenta color short was calling for me. I sized up to a M even though the size chart says I should be a S, but i ’ m glad i sized up. These are EXCELLENT running shorts. The waist did n't fold over, even when i was sitting down. They did n't slide down during my 4 miles run/walk. I dont think i had to adjust the legs or pull the waist up even one time. There ’s no seem at the leg opening so i had NO chafing. I have always been a 6 ” inseam bike short gal, but i will be buying more 8 ” inseam shorts because of these. I want them in more colors! I think the only downside is that the side pockets are kind of small. I have the iPhone 13 mini, and it fits, but i dont think any larger of a phone could fit. The pockets are an appropriate size for gels, energy bars, etc. but definitely not the iphone pro max lol. Overall great running short!

[ Everyone has a unique requirement for bike shorts. My requirement is that they are longish, have a high rise, do n't roll over at the waist, have a firm chamois, and be overall comfortable. These shorts tick off all my requirements. They are long and do not ride up, The waist sits at my waist so I am never trying to pull the up. The waist band are especially designed to not roll over. The chamois is just the correct firmness to provide cushioning yet not bottom out over bumps. Nothing else to say.

[ This is my second pair. Last ones have about 2500 miles on them and look brand new. Extremely comfortable, do n't ride down. As other reviews have said the length is shorter than the 'euro style' super long arm/leg that is popular but it's not too short( I 'm 6' 3). For me it's a perfect length BUT if you prefer a long euro style look for a different short.

[ Have worn these twice. Each ride was 2 hours indoors with my bike on the trainer. I have 2 other pairs of shorts of comparable price for longer rides. These are easily the most comfortable. No sore spots. The back end of the chamois does n't catch on the saddle nose when standing. With Chicago weather in January and February I ca n't tell if they will be cool in the summer. Inexpensive shorts are good for an hour or so. Ca n't wait to try them outside.

I love the feel of the material and how they hug the skin without cutting off my circulation. I wear them during outdoor walks and in the gym. In both cases the pockets hold my phone, keys, earbuds, etc. I have fluctuated weight and at each stage I can still wear them comfortably. I have washed and put in the dryer but I would recommend for longevity to air dry only( or lay on top of a dryer). These are the best for extremely active people or for someone who wants to run a few errands. I recently purchased this set in navy blue and am honestly so in love with it. The shorts have a real quality feel to them and aren ’ t too short looking while wearing them out( which is usually an issue for me). They ’ re decently stretchy, I would suggest maybe sizing down if you ’ re on the more petite side- I know for me, I ordered the small and can live with the little bit of room in the waist, but I know that some prefer a shapewear like fit for these types of sets.
