These low profile cones provide a nice alternative to the taller cones. I can run drills for players that require getting lower while maintaining balance. These cones are great for any age group. Initially my 15 and 14 year olds used them for speed drills, testing each other to see how accurate they were getting thru the drills. But my 7 and 9 year old were able to use them for accurate passing drills. There are four different settings so you can keep the activities new and exciting.

I helped my daughter set the cones up used each of the four options for training. Two options are for weaving( kicking the ball or running side to side), one is for use as goals and the last was set to random. The cones come with a ring that has a light that goes out as you pass through which really adds a lot of fun to drills. Even better these could be used for more than individual or team drills. We used the random option to play speed games( the first one to get the ball and make it through the cones five times) and since the lights are random it makes it so much fun. These electronic cones have so much potential! I hope at some point they create a handout or some online information on drills and games using this product because that would help coaches and parents use the cones to there full potential!

We received these a week ago and have found them to be a nice variation for soccer training. The cones are not overly sturdy so the sensors are somewhat difficult to balance them. The sensors are were very touchy and hard to pair sometimes and would occasionally disconnect and need to be repaired. Once they were operational, they were fun for my girls to run through their drills.( Note that each sensor take 3 AA batteries so stock up!)

The electric soccer cones are a new and interesting way to engage with my players during practice. They can be set up to run in different modes, and can be utilized as a group or individual training tool. We used ours today working on passing drills, and previously have used them for dribbling speed drills. The sensor worked accurately as long as you have them aimed at each other per the directions and do not exceed the maximum suggested distance.
