It's a great inexpensive product that works better than expensive ones. When you start getting a little loose. Use it for 10 swings and it should work. Do n't over use.

The training aid is easy- to- use and helps keeps to control most of your irons. Has not made as great of an impact on the driver. Glad I purchased it. More birdies on the way!

Works well for me and I would recommend it to anyone serious about working on their golf swing

5 Rich 65
I bought this to help on my swing and improve my game.

I bought this yesterday and played 7 holes. Was- 1 through 5 and actually lipped out the very first hole. My point is I was very close to having a good swing and knew I was having trouble keeping my elbow in and through the shot. This device helped me understand the feel better. Heck on second hole out of a bunker 179 yards away I hit a 8 iron 3 ft from hole. What I liked best was when I would get absent minded and not focused on the elbow and I tried to throw it out it made me finish the shot. It was nice to feel I can mess it up but as long as I know how it supposed to feel through impact I can still save a shot that most likely in past would have sliced or over top pull. Anyways by no means am I saying this is the cure all device but if you are on the correct path to becoming a better golfer and understand your swing planes better this can help take you to next step. Well it did for me but can ’ t speak for the next guy. I also am 6 ’ 3 ” 240 guy like some of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe it ’s a great tool for the big guys, who knows.

A friend had originally given me this product and then I passed it along to another friend to use. I wanted my own band to practice with so I recently ordered it online at Dicks. I received it in two days. The band has really helped my swing in that I stay connected to my lower body during my backswing. I would recommend this product to any golfer no matter their handicap.

This helped stop my Outside/In swing path. It keeps my club to path at close to Zero( Which is perfect) and helped my attack angle. It is great.

I was skeptical but literally after putting this on my swing with my irons improved astronomically. I seriously was not expecting this product to work so well or so fast. Im going to recommend this to every person i can.

Great to use either at the range or at home just practice swinging a club... great way to get muscle memory to keep the right elbow from doing the 'chicken wing' and it helps me from coming over the top on the down swing
