I bought this yesterday and played 7 holes. Was- 1 through 5 and actually lipped out the very first hole. My point is I was very close to having a good swing and knew I was having trouble keeping my elbow in and through the shot. This device helped me understand the feel better. Heck on second hole out of a bunker 179 yards away I hit a 8 iron 3 ft from hole. What I liked best was when I would get absent minded and not focused on the elbow and I tried to throw it out it made me finish the shot. It was nice to feel I can mess it up but as long as I know how it supposed to feel through impact I can still save a shot that most likely in past would have sliced or over top pull. Anyways by no means am I saying this is the cure all device but if you are on the correct path to becoming a better golfer and understand your swing planes better this can help take you to next step. Well it did for me but can ’ t speak for the next guy. I also am 6 ’ 3 ” 240 guy like some of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe it ’s a great tool for the big guys, who knows.

Just traded in the club I use for my bump and run game around greens, it was a 42- degree loft club, the problem was I seemed to have a lot of chips come up short of my target, as soon as I started chipping with the chipR I knew the loft of this club was perfect to improve my game around the Greens. also matches great with my 425 irons

This may be my favorite club in my bag. I have played with Ping clubs for 30 years, and this iron looks great in my bag. Perfectly balanced and it will give you great consistency around the greens. It helped me save 5 pars today on a 9- hole course. You can also hit full shots with this club as well. I hit it 135 yards to a highly elevated green 12 ’ from the hole. Ping should have named this club the i- wedge as it is so much more than a chipper.
