I got these as a gift, upgrading from the Mack Daddy 4s and I love them. They go about the same distance as my previous set, but more spin and more workability around the green. Also, the low center of gravity makes it easier to let the club do the work on short shots because it feels like the club is doing most of the work. I ’ ve only played a few rounds with them but can tell these are gon na be a lot of fun for a lot of years.

I 've been gaming the 54 and 58 degree wedges for about a month now, and I 'm really impressed. The Full Toe helps with those high toe hits and allows for a little creativity around the greens, and the J Grind allows for very smooth turf interaction. Purchased one month ago. Club is easy to hit out of the fairway, have yet to try it off the tee. I hit it about 170 yards, usually with a high launch, which helps it to stop on the greens. I purchased the club during the `` trade up/150% bonus on trades '' event. Have yet to receive any money for my trade in. I purchased this putter at the beginning of December and have been messing around with it a bit lately. I could n't touch it for six weeks because of rotator cuff surgery but now I 'm out of the sling with lots of time on my hands! I 've spent about 7 hours putting in the past 3 days, and I really like how square it feels. I have my other putters with me and switch back and forth between them and I can definitely feel how straight this putter wants to stay. I have some toe sway in my backstroke from time to time and this feels like it helps that immensely. I love how the putter feels from 8' and in, but the head felt pretty light to me from outside of 8', like I really had to swing at the ball to get any distance. I did some research and found that the weights in the putter head are 5g and 15g and if replaced you should maintain that delta. So, I ordered a 25g weight and put it in the heel of the club and moved the 15g weight to the toe( removed the 5g) and I really like how it feels. This added 20g of weight. I also have a 35g weight being delivered and I 'm going to try a 35g/25g setup as well, that might be too much though, but I 'm interested to see. Specs say the head weight is 360g, with the weight I added, I 'm at 380g now, looking forward to trying 400g.

Back into golf two years ago after a 25+ year hiatus. Marriage, divorce, kids, sports, hip replacement, etc. I bought a set of Callaway XR clubs that came with a mallet putter. As my game progresses, I am upgrading my clubs and ran across the square to square putter. Since I have a mallet putter, that is what I leaned toward. It was nice, that is until I tried the S2S double wide blade putter. This putter is so balanced it made putting on the test green in the store almost effortless. I played my first round with the S2S yesterday. Granted it is December in the Midwest so they sanded the greens, which slowed them down. I was still amazed at the feel of this putter. Even my golf buddy commented on how much better I was on the green. My XR mallet putter I could never dial in the feel of the put. I often times went conservative and left putts short. The S2S putter felt natural. Had to adjust a bit to the center mounted shaft but that took about one hole. This putter will stay in my bag until I draw my last breath. Well done Odyssey!

I just did a fitting today and the G730 was the winner( and the only club close to it was the G440). We tried the Alta Quick 45 shaft, which worked great( in my 60's and my top swing speed is around 75mph but often 70mph). But then we dropped to the Quick 35 and it was even better. I went from hitting my existing irons( QI but customized to 2 up and 2 strong) 120- 130 carry with a strong push to the right to hitting these 155 and straight/draw. My total distance was in the 170's, which I did n't think I 'd ever see again. They just seem to whip through the shot and the sound is perfect and I was hitting baby draws instead of way right. Honestly these were n't on my radar when I walked in for the fitting. I 'm glad the fitter brought this out to try. Only negative is they may not be the best looking irons but I could n't care less.- they are amazing and fit me perfectly.

I have spared no expense with my putters and have spent well over$ 800 for some custom made brands. I just happened to try this at Dicks and bought it on a whim. Bottom line: no 3 putts, it holds its line perfectly, great balance, wonderful feel off the blade, perfect grip and out performs putters costing 3 times more. I play. to a solid 7 handicap and am an excellent putter and humbly know what great feels like. I could care less about snob appeal and am far more pleased with sinking putts and scoring well, however, this does have a great look and design. I recommend that it works best with a straight back, straight through stroke and not with an arc. Also, the milling of the groves provides consistent distance control even on that rare occasion when your strike is n't perfect. This putter is a steal! I could not be more delighted. I hope this review helps your game as I have direct connections to the PGA and many major legends of the game and so I could be considered a credible expert reviewer of equipment. Tommy Armour has hit it out of the park with this stellar putter.
