Great little float you don ’ t need to slip on before tying up. Easy to adjust depth. Holds up to 1/32 no problem. Struggles with 1/16. Easy to see and does it ’s job.

I use these while fly fishing. The only complaint I have with them is they tend to get worn out quickly and slip on the line.

I 've spent many years fishing summer Walleyes on Mille Lacs after dark. This is a must for nigh bobber fishing. It rides well in waves and has a nice width to stay up in the water. It allows you to see the light clearly and you can see it underwater as well as it's going down. I use the 5 '' and Walleyes between 16 '' and 30 '' never seem to feel it go down. If you 're using something else for a lighted bobber, give this a try.

Frequently Asked Questions For Green Fishing Floats

Green fishing floats are designed to enhance visibility on the water, making them easier to spot during various lighting conditions. They can help anglers detect subtle bites, as the float will move or dip when a fish is interested in the bait. Additionally, the color green can blend well with natural surroundings, making it less likely to spook fish.

Green fishing floats are typically made from durable materials such as foam, plastic, or balsa wood. These materials are chosen for their buoyancy and resistance to water absorption, ensuring that the float remains effective over time. Some floats may also feature reflective or light-enhancing coatings for improved visibility.

Green fishing floats are versatile and can be used in various fishing scenarios, including freshwater and saltwater fishing. They are particularly effective in still waters, such as ponds and lakes, where visibility is crucial. Additionally, they can be beneficial during low-light conditions, such as early morning or late evening fishing trips.

Choosing the right size of green fishing float depends on the type of fishing you plan to do and the weight of your bait. Larger floats are suitable for heavier baits and deeper waters, while smaller floats work well for lighter setups and shallow areas. It's important to consider the conditions and target species when selecting the appropriate size.

Yes, green fishing floats come in various styles, including slip floats, fixed floats, and lighted options. Each style serves a different purpose and can be chosen based on the fishing technique being used. For instance, slip floats allow for adjustable depth, while lighted floats can enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
