I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

The Contour casual has the same benefit of the excellent gripping sole( without spikes) and also the ability to go car to pro shop( not wearing out golf cleats). The leather on this shoe is amazing and if you 've owned FJ before, you know to buy something when it's available because there's always the poss of things changing in future years with sytle etc. The functionality of this shoe is A++, the quality is A++, the durability is A++. Just played my first round with these yesterday and they did not disappoint! This shoe has it all with excellent traction and stability, yet so comfortable at the same time. The fit around my heel is nice and sung, which was a major factor in pulling the trigger on these( tried on 10 different shoes and my heel was slipping in all of them but these). Played in dry conditions so haven ’ t tested the waterproof functionality and grip in wet weather, but I have no doubts they will hold up fine. These definitely aren ’ t cheap, but you get what you pay for. These are worth every penny and are the top spikeless on the market right now, IMO. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The shoes made it 12 rounds before I could feel water getting in around the edges. Not bad for hurricane weather! I tried on several shoe brands and types before choosing this style and fit. The size was not accurate to what i would normally wear, but is very comfortable! I played golf once without a waterproof shoe on an early morning, never again. I have had many of the NIKE tennis and basketball shoes that I use for pickleball. These by far are the most comfortable. They are lightweight. They look great. They have a nice wide toebox. I took out the insoles it came with and put in my aftermarket insoles. GREAT SHOE!

I bought these as I patiently wait for the Scotties to arrive and have so far just used them on the range. I have to say that the advice to go up a half size is accurate, and these are ridiculously comfortable straight out of the box. I ’ ve not used them on grass but the comfort, grip and ability to pivot in them is excellent on the range mat. Very impressed with these on the range and I ’ m sure they will perform well on the grass too, although if Nike ever release the Scotties I won ’ t get the chance to try them! Definitely recommend these shoes.

I really wish 2 things though( which is reason for only 4 stars): 1) I do n't do spikes anymore and I think the ones in this shoe are pointless... just make better traction and ditch the spikes! 2) I was surprised not to see some University Blue laces in the box. White ones come in the shoes, but I think the U Blue ones would look great in these shoes and should come with them! Nike/Jordan...
