I bought these ice packs for use in my Yeti cooler. The sales dude told me they 're 'colder than ice' and keep their cool for longer than typical ice packs. I was a bit skeptical, but I purchased them anyway- I needed new ice packs, and these fit my cooler perfectly. Fast forward... the central AC in my condo broke, and it felt like a sauna. I had no fan, no screened windows, and no way to cool myself off. I literally blew up my air mattress, slept in my living room, wrapped one of these bad boys in a towel... and slept with it. 10 hours later, it was still cold. I 'm sold for life.

This product is the most effective wrap I have used. I am using it for elbow tendinitis so it is a little bulky. Mobility is compromised when I use it returning to work after a swim. I have had this ice pack for a month or more now. I am working on rehabbing my knee from an ACL injury and this ice pack has greatly helped in the process of effectively icing my knee after therapy. The ability to apply circumferential cold compress really helps facilitate effectively icing my knee and reduces the pain and swelling.
