I only use ON products and just tried their green apple- flavored pre- workout. I usually train on an empty stomach early in the morning and feel great just having this pre- workout while exercising. This is the first time using HCL I have always used monohydrate. The taste is unflavored but actually is kind of tart. The container is small, the scoop is tiny but it is 75 servings. I have been using this for 3 weeks so far I like it, I mix it in my preworkout. My advice with this and any creatine WATER WATER WATER. I will use this product again.
