This is really flavorful and I use half scoop in my coffee. I also use a full scoop in my water. Usually when I add powder to water, it tastes watered down but not with this which is a relief. It still tastes good. While I ’ m at work, I use resistant bands at my desk so this helps as a pre mini workout. A little goes a long way as well. It ’s easy to open and close with the seal that keeps it fresh. I love that ’s it ’s in a vacuum sealed bag and not a huge plastic container because they take up so much space. [ Backpackers Pantry has the best dehydrated meals for hiking. I recently hiked for 8 days and kept a journal of product reviews. While others upset my stomach or had too many artificial ingredients, this brand consistently has a good taste and was enough food to eat and have seconds later. The Pad Thai is great, and the Pasta Primavera and Lasagna are also really good. I also appreciate that the bag is smell proof both before and after use.

Please make this flavor in a large can size! This is the first certified gluten free freeze dried meals I ’ ve found, and having celiac disease, keeping shelf stable food on hand for emergencies is very difficult. Please consider making this flavor in a large can size to have on hand for those instances over the pouch. An excellent take on an Asian meal. I appreciate that MH does not add peanuts to this meal. I 'm not allergic but due to Diverticulosis, peanuts are out for me. I did add a bit of peanut butter to the meal and it was fantastic!! MH should state clearly on the package that Pad Thai does not contain peanuts or peanut products. A member of a hiking group mentioned that she could n't eat the MH Pad Thai due to peanut allergies. I told her that it does not contain peanuts....:)
