I honestly debated on this product because I thought it was `` just an ice block. '' Boy was I wrong!! I ended up adding it just because the price was n't too bad and it fits perfectly in my new Hopper 12. This thing is soooo cold that when the ice cubes melted, the water froze to this block! I got these to take perishable chicken and pork from NY to GA. I used the small soft sided Yeti cooler, and I was amazed at how well everything fit, and over my 2 day drive, how cold it all stayed. Full disclosure, I did stop at a hotel with a fridge on the way, and even tho the freezer part of their fridge didn ’ t freeze them, all of my stuff stayed cold until I got to Athens the next day.

It's been 10 years but I need to write this. I used this to carry my breast milk from work to home. I live in Texas and my son was born in May. I nursed for 16 months.
