For this net to work, your table must not have any kind of design where there is a hindrance to accessing the side of the table at center point, where the table comes together. I had to remove a paddle holder fixture, but once I did on ours( old fashion design), this worked simplistically.

The robot came in just a few pieces and was super easy to assemble. We had it set up and in use in no time at all. The remote took a little bit to get acquainted with but not that hard. The only thing that I think would be really helpful is the net that I see advertised with it. Right now, we go through all the balls and then spend a few minutes having to pick them all up again. We got a table that came with some paddles that were just the dimple rubber glued to the cheapest wood you can imagine. I hated the feel. I got this one because it had the soft, flat rubber but it was n't as expensive as some of the others. It does the job. The feel is good.
