5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I 'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

I purchased this 70lb cable along with a 60lb, and a 80lb in order to expand the set of cables I already had. Since our gyms closed, my family and me have effectively used these cables for the strength training component of our fitness programs. Despite our gyms reopening, we 'll continue to train at home for now. Incidentally, I 've used Lifeline cables for over 40 years and the quality continues to be excellent.

I love that this kit comes with 6 different tubes that can be combined in multiple ways for the appropriate resistance for different muscles. I figured out how to use two door anchors at once so I do n't have to move one door anchor around all the time. Well worth the investment.

I sit at my desk ALL day typing on a computer. I saw this baby online and thought now this is a great thing for me to do when I need a break. I have it hanging on my office door 24/7 and whenever I need a break, I just take 5- 10 min and go after it on this thing. Best Feature: the swivel motion you can do. I never have to let go of the handles to readjust the straps because it swivels! Best office gym ever!

Great Overall Versatile Workout. Easily combine body weight workouts with resistance cable workouts.

5 Brad
Being someone who is always extremely busy and on- the- go, the Jungle Gym V3 gave me the ability to get quick workouts in at home without taking up the space of a home gym. I am able to target the majority of my major muscle groups through all of the different orientations that the straps can be mounted and positioned. One key feature that really sets this apart from similar products I have used is the swivel that prevents the straps from twisting and knotting up. I am able to rotate and move around more smoothly which really simplifies my workouts.

This is an incredible complete door gym with adjustable cables and holsters for your feet and hands. It has a swivel so you can easily change your workout without undoing anything. It's an awesome workout! Great product.

The best bodyweight resistance cable trainer I 've ever used. Can carry it with you on the go to go a workout in wherever you are!
