The rope has lots of give that makes an unexpected fall like riding a Johnny- Jump- Up. Very comfortable. I found the rope a little bit stiff when I first got it but it softened up with some usage. BTW I turned this rope into a cordelette by tying the ends together in a double fisherman's. Highly recommend. I would never lead a climb without a rope like this to string up in emergency scenarios.

[ I bought this for rapping on multi pitch read lines whenever clean pulls are available. Lighter than a second rope but the 8mm is heavy enough not to snag or kink as much as some of the 6mm or 7mm taglines out there. Sterling ropes are always well made and this seems to handle nice and isn ’ t too heavy. At 8mm you can do some hauling if need be too. If weight is an issue check out the 7mm tagline from Sterling.

After a long, hard season of big ice and mixed routes, they are showing very little wear. Once the dry treatment is worn they will become my go to for multi pitch rock. This is my go- to rope for anything in the alpine. From 5th class rock to glacier travel I have used this rope extensively in a variety of terrain. The bright orange is a great contrasting color. Despite its small diameter is very durable and has survived many crampons and sharp rock edges over the past year.

[ As a boat owner, I am used to skiing and towing rafts, and was looking for a rope that was easy to spot in the water between sessions. This rope just does that. It's bright and easy to spot, and very firm when tugging some of the larger rafts. I like to switch up the colors to have a nice variety as well as match the tube I am towing so this is a great addition to my collection. For the price, you ca n't find a batter rope!

[ I got 4 rider tow rope a while back. Is great can tow 3 to 4 riders in a tubes together. Very strong 60 ft. Is easy to stored and tangle free. Has 6 loop. Is 16 strands. I highly reccommend this rope. I love this rope great for adventures.

[ I like the length of this and it gives me the piece of mind and security that it is going to hold even on those strong pulls, with two grown men on the raft. This gives me enough length that I am not trailing right behind the boat, security, and holds together well. So far so good. I don ’ t recommend letting it sit in the water for endless hours. Take it out and let it dry. Also keep it rolled up so the material won ’ t get frayed. Love the multi colors too.
