Unfortunately, DICK ’ S doesn ’ t carry them in wide width. Giving a positive star rating as I do not want to penalize the brand for DICK ’ S not carrying the size I needed.

Size 9. 5 regular was perfect. I had been a 9wide and tried the 9. 5 wide and 10 regular because they felt so snug. Once I got on the court, properly laced, they support well and my foot has room without slipping inside the shoe. My PT also said the Y shape was the best.

Having tried two other pickleball specific shoes I was looking for a shoe that had a wider toe box, and a bit more cushioning. A friend suggested the new Nike Zoom challenge shoe. I am so glad to have found this shoe. It definitely has lots of cushioning, is great for side ways movement about the court and has a good grip on the court surface. It is exactly the responsive type shoe I was looking for.

I bought these since my knees were hurting from lack of lateral support with my current court shoes. They are very tight when you first put them on. You might even think they are way too small. I usually wear a 7. 5 or 8 depending on the brand. I got the 8. I tried on the 8. 5 and they felt better in the store but were too long. After wearing them for one round robin, I am thrilled that I bought these. I do wear thin socks and use a shoe horn to get them on. I get lots of comments about how cute/nice they are also. Be prepared that these shoes do not give much but they are great for this sport.

For the price I got these shoes for compared to other court shoes I ca n't complain. This is my first pair of court shoes and I noticed a significant difference in how I played after using them. They were comfortable and stable compared to my running shoes before. I bought my first pair for$ 45 on sale and I 'm currently looking to get my second pair now 6 months later now that my first pair finally has a hole on the sole. I play 4- 7 days a week and about 3- 4 hours a day if that gives you any idea on how durable they are. I also am not one of those players that slides around like crazy. I occasionally do. I unfortunately ca n't compare them to other court shoes but I really have no desire to spend$ 100+ for court shoes that I know will get beaten to a pulp from wear and tear. These are the best running socks on the market. They are super lightweight, they stay in place, they do n't rub, they wash well, and I like the reflective strip. The combination of these plus the Compeed blister stick has pretty much got rid of blisters on long runs hence, I 've just bought another two pairs. They are worth every penny.
