I 've got 50 miles in these already include a half marathon. This may be my favorite running shoe. The fit is perfect, secure around the heel roomy in the toe box. A very balanced midsole, not too hard or soft and nicely responsive. Very stable without any bothersome anti- pronation elements. It has a textured outsole and nice flex as well. I can do anything in these shoes including run trails. I hope Saucony does not make the ride any taller or softer because it would lose its magic.

Before I explain the positives, it is important that people understand this shoe. Unless you are an elite athlete that can perform at a high level in any shoe, it is highly unlikely the average runner like me wearing the Saucony Ride 19's will ever bring home the large golden trophy at their local July 4th race or Turkey Trot. That being said, when it comes to a daily trainer, the Saucony Ride 19 is superb. These shoes look great, fit perfectly with ample toe room, are very cushioned, have great traction, and can literally perform almost any kind of run. They are n't going to help you with serious elite level interval training, but if you want to get in 6- 10 mile runs 4- 5 days a week at a mild to moderate pace, these are the ones for you. Lastly, if you want to finish a half or full marathon without getting injured and are n't worried about your finishing time, you can easily wear these during training and on race day. These are definitely a 5 out of 5.

I got this shoe to train for 5k- half marathon distances. The formulation of 100% super foam and a nylon/plastic plate works perfect for me. I can train and race in them without needing expensive carbon shoes which have caused me injury in the past( Endorphin Pro 3). Absolutely zero injuries with these so far. I was in between sizes with these and went with the larger size and they fit well. Narrow fit but no hotspots, great for when I ’ m training fast intervals at 5k pace( ~6: 30/mile). Compared to the Endorphin Speed 2 they are not as bouncy or fast, but they are MUCH more stable which lets me get more easy miles in them as well to round out my training. Could use this shoe for all my miles honestly. Great price on sale now that the 5 came out.

The Saucony Triumph 23 is an outstanding daily trainer. I had heard a lot of good things about how they improved the foam from version 22 to version 23, and I can say it is true. I use the Triumph 23 for easy runs, and they make my everyday runs more fun with the responsiveness from the foam. The stack height is not too tall to feel unstable, yet enough off the ground to feel cushioned. You definitely feel the Super Responsive Sock Liner when running. Also, the 10mm drop is noticeable, but not intrusive. The upper is not the most breathable upper I 've ever run in, but it gets the job done. I would note, these shoes do not do great for speedier sessions, but that is also not their intended use. Overall, I 'd have to give these shoes a 5 out of 5. Great job Saucony.

This is the ideal shoe for heavier runners because they are so well built. The midsole is firm and reactive. Typically, I find running shoes to be too soft in the soles including the Endorphin Speeds and Pros. If you want a firm, responsive, and stable shoe that will last, the Shift is the answer. I have not ran much in the Shift 3 yet, but first impressions indicate that it has only improved on the Shift 2. The fit is exactly the same as the Shift 2, as well. I put 350+ miles on my Endorphin Shift 2s including my first two marathons. My body weight started at 240 lbs and has since dropped to 215. The shoes still have a lot of miles left in them and plenty of support remaining. The upper is in perfect shape and there's still rubber on the soles. The Saucony Endorphin Shift is simply the most durable and supportive shoe I have ever owned.

As owning the Endorphin Pro 3 and loving everything about that shoe, I was n't sure what to expect from the Shift 3. But knowing I was in need of a max cushioned daily trainer, I decided to roll the dice and take the dice on the Shift 3. I 'm glad I did. The ride is smooth, responsive, and lighter on foot than what the actual weight of the shoe indicates on the specs. I 've used the shoe on easy runs, recovery runs, medium distance runs, and on occasion, tempo runs. The SPEEDROLL Technology is very evident and provides and very easy and comfortable transition. Looking forward to putting many more miles on them this winter and for the time being they are a perfect counterpart to my race day Pro 3s.

Yes the heel collar is a little high but it does break in. I think it adds to the stability which is why I love the Pro's. I ran 3 marathons in the 4's and have had 4 pairs. I bought the 5's and they are great. I taped my heel on my 20 mile long runs and had no issues. They are slightly more stable than the 4's and that is what I want. If I have any issues I will update the review but like I said I already did 20 miles a couple times during training and with a bit of tape or a band aid on the heel I had zero issues. I think they are broken in and wo n't have an issue but I will be cautious and tape the back of my heel. They also have extra foam at the connection between the upper and the midsole which I think will add to the durability of the shoe. I had issues with the 4's tearing at the upper and midsole( check review for 4's). Hopefully this change will add to durability. I also have the speed 5's and these are a bit snappier but the speeds are a good 2nd if you are budget conscious.

On my 3rd purchase of this design, and it has changed the way I look at exercise, especially long walks. This design protects, supports and cradles my feet. Hurricane 24s will definitely remain in my arsenal though I understand Hurricane 25 will be out shortly and I look forward to seeing 'improvements.' I 'm hoping there are n't any structural changes that would make this sneak in any way less cushioned or supportive.

TL; DR- This shoe is one of the best daily trainers you can get on the market in 2026. Extremely versatile and very competitively priced for what you get. A perfect training companion for putting in the mile, gym work, or travel. Have already put this shoe through a few different of runs. From easy jogs to faster tempos/strides down to 5: 30min/mi pace. These shoes can keep up with it all. I love the foam they 've used with this Azura. I find it `` bouncey '' without feeling like you 're sinking into the foam. I also appreciate there's no plate in it which I 've always found firms up the ride a little too much at times. Overall, I love this shoe and it's a perfect replacement as I 'm retiring my well worn endorphin speeds for putting in my daily miles. I also appreciate that there's plenty of colors to choose from for what fits your fashion and style. Makes it for a great `` travel '' shoe if you can only pair of athletic shoes. Fit- wise, I got it true- to- size. Keep in mind, most running shoes you should at least half size up from your regular shoe size( e. g. my foot on a shoe brannock is right on a US Men's 8. 95% of my running shoes including the Azuras are a Men's 8. 5).

I bought this spike for some upcoming 5k/10k track races and ended up with huge PR's of 14: 58/ 30: 56 the first two times using this spike! They felt exceptionally smooth and durable for the 10k( much better comfort and energy level than compared to previously used dragonfly's) with a very light feel. I believe these spikes lose their comfort the shorter the distance becomes however, as I personally would not recommend using these in a race shorter than 1500m. Additionally, I have had two instances of blisters forming on my heel as a result of these spikes, so I would be weary of racing in these without sturdier socks/ band- aid for cushioning.

First off the spike is super light. So far I ’ ve only ran 3k steeple in these but I can not wait to lace em up for a 5k. They feel fast, and propel you forward without being too aggressive, so it is fantastic for distance. Only recommendation is more color ways
