I 've used a number of golf balls in my golfing career usually opting for the cheaper ones. I 'm a high single digit index and that has worked for me for quite a while. I decided to try these as they are a step up from what I normally use not expecting much difference. I was surprised. I like the soft feel and I do n't feel like I 've lost any distance( over the Velocity's). The added benefit is that I 'm getting more spin now. Of course that means I have to learn how to control and use that spin.

I 've been using the Supersoft Matte finish golf balls off and on for the past couple years. Here are the conditions I find these balls work best in from my experience. I 'm a high handicap golfer( 28) and live in Southern California where I can golf all year long. This ball works great for me in warm/hot and dry conditions at 60 degrees and higher. In fact, the hotter the better. The ball carries best for me under these conditions and travels more accurately when putting on the green. However, in cooler and damp conditions the ball se ms to die on drives and on the green. Overall experience: Under the right conditions, this golf ball performed best for me. My drives are straight and longer with this ball. The matte cover has a great feel, particularly on the green. Pitching and chipping is more accurate and the ball seems to stick on the green better than other balls and not run off like other balls tend to do for me. I like the color( green) which helps it stand out better than other girls lf balls that land in the taller grass. The price is right for me. I live in he way the ball feels while putting it in the green. The ball seems to launch off the club face. I would recommend this golf ball for anyone who's looking for a golf ball that has a soft feel and would like a little more distance on drives and more accuracy putting on the green.

I have been playing this particular ball for two years now. I was reading a comment about the ball having alignment aids, as I was re- ordering a box or two. I am, also “ old school ” too. But, I happen to like the alignment aids. If you have anything, but a crooked eye, the alignment aids, are definitely helpful. Especially when you have their Odyssey “ five star ” putter, the Tri Hot 5k Seven, Stroke- Lab Shaft, D/B 35 ” length. It ’s like a laser to the cup!! For myself, over the past 2 plus years, between the Tri Hot 5K Seven putter and E- R- C Soft ball, I have all- but eliminated any 3 putts. The ball has a phenomenal feel on the greens. I do not have a problem saying that I do bounce between 12- 14 Handicap. I have also, been playing this game for exactly 50 years, and a few months. The “ few months ” would be the guess part. But the E- R- C soft golf ball, is extremely great off the Tee. Just a solid feel off the driver. Very straight and good run- out with the ball. When it comes to the “ up and down “ or even the 125- 150 yard shot, it sticks well on the green. I just decided to put in another review as I was reading the other. I think the ball should come both ways. In fact, I believe it does if you go on their site, but I could be very wrong. But, the alignment tracks. I 've converted more than a few of my country club brand conscious friends to this ball..... and the new version is even better. The Callaway ERC balls perform as well as the top of the line balls at price that is$ 10 or so less. They deliver distance with feel. I also really like the triple tracks for lining up putts. This method is better for me than a single line.
