Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

Great fitting pants. Very comfortable, not super baggy, but not skin hugging. Feel they fit very well and fairly true to size. Material is thin, so could be nice for a cool spring day or a warmer winter day. No swish swish noise as you walk in them. Nice pockets, and appreciate the one with zippers. Waist band is very comfortable and pants have a nice drawstring. Material is good quality.

[ My girlfriend got me a pair of these for christmas and I loved them so much that I got another pair a month later! I use them for climbing in the gym and they 're perfect for that. They 're flexible and keep my legs protected from scrapes. They also keep my legs warm outside while I walk to the climbing gym in the winter. Only downsides are that they 've pilled a lot after washing them and sometimes they can be too warm for indoor climbing.

I 'm so glad I did n't order these online, I opted to try on my normal size at a local retailer and they were crazy tight, like early 2000s skinny jeans. I then tried on 2 sizes up from my regular waist size and they fit nicely with a belt. If you work out and have thighs and glutes that are semi- built order a size or two up in the waist for mobility. As far as quality goes, I like the thickness and rigidity of the material, definitely a nice resistant fabric.

Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

I was super happy with this purchase. Was worried large would be too big since I ’ m a smaller guy but they were perfect fit and any smaller would have been problematic. The quality is very good and they are so comfy to wear in the gym. Even wearing them around the house is nice.
