A podiatrist told me to wear non- flexible shoes, so he introduced me to HOKA shoes, which do not flex as he said. I recently bought the techloom waves in a 9 and they fit great. my techloom bliss are a 9. 5 also fit great. i read the reviews to size up so i ordered a 10 bc 9. 5 wasnt available and my foot slid forward way too far. nobody wants to see your whole toes and beyond!!! they 're very lightweight and super comfortable but i like something a little more secure when i 'm walking around. i did n't think i have a particularly narrow foot i think they 're pretty normal so my suggestion would not be to size up and if anything size down because slides are easy to get into and these are stretchy. the band will likely stretch out a bit more with wear so even if they 're tight at first, stick with it and they 'll fit perfect in no time.

This sandal needs to be a `` core '' item. I wear regular size 8 in open toe sandals. This footbed cradles my feet. This footbed is perfectly contoured to support my foot including arch. The width of the footbed is perfect- there is no part of my foot that feels cramped including the widest part of my foot which is the ball of my foot. Love the shape of the toebox which follows the contour of my toes( big toe, 2nd toe slightly longer than big toe, then 3rd, 4th, and little toes in descending length.). The shoe is stylish and I love the assortment of color choices.

Love these Adidas Alphbounce slides. Have had four pairs of Adidas slides prior to these. These fit the best, have the best velcro strap and have the best cushioning. Last pair I had was the Adisage which did n't work because the velcro strap didnt fasten tight enough on my feet. Also the cushioning was inferior to these Alphabounce and didnt like the Adisage footbed.
