They also protect the ears from wind on chilly days but are breathable enough to act as a sweatband while exercising in warmer environments. We will be using our Buffs long after the pandemic ends! Note that patterned versions have the print on only the outside. This means that you have to scrunch it rather than fold it when wearing as a headband.
