With her feet being a little on the wider side we were concerned these would be too narrow for her but thankfully, this is not the case. She has been able to slip these on and go. As a kiddo that is new at tying her shoes, she was excited that she did not have to waste any time since these have a strap. These have easily become her favorite shoes to use and she has even asked for them in more colors! The only complaint my daughter had was the heel slippage. She noticed this the first time wearing them, making her rounds on the playground but said she didn ’ t have any problems after a few more wears. I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.
