Okay I definitely struck gold when I chose these Nikes for my next run the way they hug your feet is simply perfect design they are so lightweight I have nothing on when wearing them. The Nike Men ’s Air Max DNs are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever wore. I originally bought the all black DNs, and liked them so much, I went with the green when they went on sale. Like most nike shoes, I get a half size bigger than I normally wear, and they fit perfect. There was a slight squeak after wearing them for a week, but I just put a little lubricant around where the shoe rubs the bubble, and the squeak went away. The responsiveness of this shoe, for me, is outstanding! My stride feels very even, very energetic, very comfortable. My usual shoe size is 5. 5. I ordered 2 pairs( different colors), one in size 5. 5, the other a size 6. They are both good for me- I wear a very thin sock with the smaller size and a thicker one with the larger size, and the feel and performance is practically the same. I use the heel lock lacing for both with excellent overall fit. Daily mileage averages about 5 miles on paved roads with some nice hills.

Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

If you have a slightly wide foot, do not get the regular size, it will destroy you. I 've worn these 5 times and walked a full 18 each time. I thought they would break in, but after 5 rounds, I ca n't wear them anymore. If you play really flat courses you might be fine, but if youre walking up and downhill a lot make sure to get the wide version. These have everything you 'll look for in a good rain boot, warm, very waterproof, and with the right size and width they would be very comfortable. I hope this review helps someone out there because I wish I had a heads up!
