After reading the reviews I was worried about these, so we ran to the local Dick's to try them on. My son plays 12U select ball and we usually order at least one pair of new pants every season. He is slightly thin. With knickers, all you have to worry about is their waist size, so do n't order larger. Knickers are supposed to be fitting. The leg opening is perfect since you do n't want to constrict their movement with something too tight. I 'm thinking all the bad reviews are from people who ordered a larger size than their son actually needs.

My son loves these knickers as they are not tight elastic around the leg. The key is ordering the correct size. We had to size down, and they fit great. These are the only knickers we can find that fit without need for alterations. My son is tall and thin. I find these to be longer than others- which work great b/c he had the issue of many knickers ending up just below his knee cap, which is uncomfortable. Will continue to go with Nike knickers!

[ Got the Jr Zoom Vapor 16 academy soccer cleats for my 8 year old and they live up to the name vapor! These cleats are so light and comfortable, with a glove like feel as there is no tongue fitting more like a sock, that she said they made her feel 10x faster! The fit was very true to size and the glove/sock fit made them so comfortable. Very sleek and cool design, love that they are all black with the stenciled out swoosh. Overall loved the cleats and the design, but the only thing my daughter would maybe have wanted different was to have the Nike swoosh outline to be a brighter color to make it pop. Love that they are made with 20% recycled content and a big fan of the fabric, super soft leather feel on the outsole. Highly recommend these cleats for junior soccer players and would buy again!
