I 'm a womens size 10 and my daughter is a women's size 7 and the size small fit both of us. I did an extensive search for a highly rated company with decently priced products. Cressi is the one. I bought 3 of theirs at one time for going snorkeling; fins, mask and snorkel. These were the most comfortable fins I could find. The size was a little larger than my foot but that meant that I can slip it on like a shoe, but it did not come loose in use. For others with bigger feet, you can roll back the heal, though it is not easy. They are a little longer than you might expect. That size propels you forward with smaller, less strenuous kicks. Comfort, a quality product, and a decent price was what I was looking for, this is it.

These fins are very comfortable and perform very well, but you would think by now that Cressi would have been able to put out a REALISTIC sizing guide. I have bought various sizes over the years, but I find the 6 oz is the sure fire in just about any condition. Pros- will hold the bottom on even some of the roughest days.- will hold bottom with big baits in current.- in tandem with a sinker slide, even good for small baits.- pretty much a must in some form or another. Cons- the beads which are supposed to keep the legs in place never stay on and often are misaligned. They still work without but definitely makes the legs break away easier.- sometimes line gets wrapped in the legs but legs are VERY much a necessary evil. Pyramids just get dragged in any kind of current, especially on the long cast. Overall, if you surf fish in any kind of strong currents, rough surf, or big baits, you ’ re going to need them or prepare for a mountain of frustration as your lines tangle and you have to recast 1000 times cause your baits are washed up on shore.

I 've been gaming the 54 and 58 degree wedges for about a month now, and I 'm really impressed. The Full Toe helps with those high toe hits and allows for a little creativity around the greens, and the J Grind allows for very smooth turf interaction.
