I have brittle ankles after 20yrs in the military and always playing basketball. Multiple severe injuries. Every time I play, I roll my ankle allowing me to play only once a week while I heal up for another day! Used these today, and I was able to play without a single ankle roll! Great for weak ankles. I ’ ve worn many pairs of basketball sneakers in my life. I have much more expensive pairs in my arsenal. These sneakers initially felt a little narrow to me, but after a week of wearing them, they were broken in perfectly. I can honestly say that I am shocked at how great they are. Never expected it. The GT Hustle 3's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.

Got these because they appeared like they could provide better ankle support for my Adult league indoor games. They certainly delivered! I had more confidence in my movements and foot work off the ball, due to its light wheight design and superior grip. On the ball, these really do feel like an extension of your foot. The ankle support felt like it gave me greater stability for sharp cuts and step overs. The toe area somehow was giving me fantastic touch control and accuracy when juggling and striking. I didnt realize my boots were affecting my game so much till I tried these and on the first game with them I scored a hat trick and had numerous accurate passes and assists. Definitely not a placebo because especially when your older, lighter more comfortable and supportive boots will elevate your game for sure. There is a bit of a break in period, and I did feel slight discomfort where the inside stitching material for the lace loops was interfering with the top of my left foot, I worked out in these for an hour before the game to try and break them in, and by game time it was much less discomfort. Hopefully the more I play in them the more that goes away. I also have super wide feet and was nervous out the box cause the soles on these look really skinny. But they stretch and conform and I no issues. Overall they look great and are eye catching, super comfortable, great touch, supportive and lightweight, a little stiff but that seems to be getting better with use, anyways I definitely reccomend!
