I was n't in the market, but when I saw the naked Answer in the shop( you never see these), I thought someone made a mistake. The shaping is perfection to me, and I do n't want any sight lines, dots, etc. I love the putter... do n't see my backups making a reappearance anytime soon. Good value. Solid, no gimmicks. Great feel.

Got the original PLD Anser 2 and played and loved it for a year or so... i never thought i 'd part with this putter. Just rolled the Anser D. The looks are stunning but I was blown away by the feel of this putter. It's amazing in every way. Graphite shaft is new to me but i am really liking it. I have always loved the shape of the Anser 2. Now I 've converted to the wide blade and I ca n't go back. Both excellent putters... for me the Anser D is superior in looks and especially feel. Happy hunting!

I was in a golf store to buy some shoe spikes and a couple grips. The last thing on my mind was leaving with a new high priced putter, but I stopped by the putting room to roll a few for fun. Grabbed the usual Scotty, rolled a few with a couple others and then grabbed a PLD Anser 2 that caught my eye. I fell in love and bought it. I own 17 putters and rotate through them, never making up my mind to stick with any one of them... until now. I 've played about eight rounds with it and hours on the practice green. I ca n't put it down. The feel is amazing. I have never felt another putter that has this feel. It's just quality and inspires confidence. It's soft, but not white insert no feel kind of soft. More like how a muscle back feels when you hit it pure, only easy to make great contact. I 'm thinking about listing a bunch of putters on ebay because I ca n't imagine ever putting with anything else. For the first time in 40 years of playing golf, the only thing I feel like blaming for a missed putt is a bad read. This putter is perfect.

Just bought the milled PLD Anser D. I believe that it outshines the Cameron milled putters, and that is saying a lot. It is well balanced and smooth as butter. Its hybrid Anser shape suits my eye and feels a part of me. I feel confident on the greens and that is 90% of putting IMO.

Nothing flashy here, just great feel with an incredible look at address. Great flow and very stable. The weight is spot on. Ping gets it right as usual.

Feels amazing and well balance. All my buddies in the office love using it. Well balanced, sounds great. I would highly recommend if your in the market for a mallet p utter.

I bought the Fetch Putter about 5 years ago and have never regretted it. The feel is comfortable, the fetch property is a back saver for a senior such as myself. A face balanced club that makes plumb bob line very easy to read. This putter gives you a feeling of confidence when standing over the ball. I highly recommend it for your game.

5 Jolter
Recently purchased this putter as I was looking for a firmer feel. Even though I have used Ping grips in the past, I did replace this one with one that I am most comfortable with and voila, instant gratification as now the ball gets to the hole, on line, and just a little past. Was tired of leaving putts short, especially on slower greens.

5 TlMiller
Nothing flashy here, just great feel with an incredible look at address. Great flow and very stable. The weight is spot on. Ping gets it right as usual.

I went into the store for two straight days hitting Scotty Cameron, Lab Golf, and these new Ping PLD. I thought I didn ’ t want a mallet putter until I finally tried the Ally Blue 4. I ’ ve never felt anything like it. I ’ ve been putting out of my mind since the purchase. Give these a try if you ’ re considering one of the higher end putters.

This is pings best mallet putter ever… period. I ’ m the owner of a few putters different types from Scotty Cameron, Odyssey, PXG, Taylormade. Ping has really stepped up their game with the PLD line. I just absolutely 💯 think this is by far and away the best mallet putter going ally blue 4 is so smooth and clean feels great rolls the ball true to your strike.

I 'd been looking at other high end blade putters. However, found this guy on sale and looks and feels similar to much higher priced options.

I like the broader body of this putter and it has a longer aiming line. oversize grip is comfortable, both my wife and I think it allows slightly better putts.

This putter is slightly heavier than most but it had helped my putting. First round using it helped to make some long lag putts. This putter has helped shave at least 3 strokes off my game. It has a great feel and solid contact.

5 Zuccom
I bought this three weeks ago and like it. My putting has improved and trust it will be even better soon.

5 JimLamirada
Have only played two rounds so far. However, coming from a Ping Anser2 blade, I am familiar with Ping. They have the putting arc built into the putter for your stroke. First round out I had 33 putts but the ones missed were literally just burning the hole. Second time out I had 29!!!( granted I was'nt on in regulation as much as I 'd like). The confidence I have witht this putter is a refreshing change for me.

Very consistent soft hitting putter. I ’ ve had it for a few weeks and I ’ ve made some long clutch putts I usually miss honestly. The head is on the smaller side so I think the aim small miss small is the key here. Inspires a lot of confidence 10ft and in. Like the color scheme/weighting a lot and alignment lines center and ball are great.

5 Zombi
Feels a lot smoother on my swing then my old one. Looking forward to really learning this club.

I recently bought this putter after returning an Odyssey putter. This putter provides better feel and feedback went on the green. Highly recommended to others.

I have never been a big fan of Ping putters, this one changed my mind. The ball comes off rolling end over end. Speed if great and super forgiving on off center hits.

I have no idea about gold but my husband lived this putter! The staff helped me pick out based on what I could provide to them.

5 JPVAM
Counter balance helps keep the puter on line. I would usually pull short putts and this has solved that problem. The long grip with the hands seperated keeps the face square and online through the stroke. It took a minute to work the distance but now long putts put me in the Gim me range.

5 Jb187
I sold my Scotty Cameron the same day I bought this putter, in my opinion it ’s the best putter or at least for me. The counter balance is the ticket, I haven ’ t had a 3 putt in 4 rounds and I ’ m making longer putts then ever. Highly recommended
