I love this little bag. I hate purses, but none of my dresses have pockets, so I need a way to carry stuff. I put my phone( has a popsocket wallet on it) in the main compartment with a small flannel hanky and my travel toothbrush in the tiny sleeve pocket inside. I use the zipper pocket for my keys. Be aware that neither the inside sleeve pocket nor the zipper pocket are the entire length of the bag; I really wish they were- it would make fitting my car keys in the zipper pocket a whole lot easier. Ok, here is the deal. I bought the ox red 15- inch laptop Kanken for travel. I love it. Then I bought the frost green classic Kanken for work and the peachy pink mini for an everyday purse. To say that I am obsessed is an understatement. I love all of the backpacks, and the mini is no exception. I carry bags based on mood. The peachy pink color is an adorable, fun color for any age. This is my only go- everywhere bag that I take with me any time I leave the house. I ’ ve been using it for three years and I love it as much as the day I got it. I keep my phone in the back top- zippered compartment, and AirPods and lip balm in the small front pocket. In the main compartment slip pocket I have a notebook, pen, stain remover; in the rest of the compartment, I have alcohol hand spray, a pack of tissues, prescription glasses in their case standing up, and beside the glasses a Fjällräven pencil case in which I carry my must- haves( Advil, pocket knife, measuring tape, Bandaids, sanitary pad, alcohol wipes, nail file, hair elastic, eye glasses spray cleaner, snack). The glasses case and the Fjällräven pencil case stand up perfectly side by side, and in front of them I keep my Fjällräven Zip Wallet( filled with approximately 15 cards and cash). All of these items combined fit into the Sling without issue, and I can still put my large set of keys inside if I don ’ t want them in my pocket or clipped to the sturdy strap. In one of the side pockets, I keep a reusable bag. For a bag this small, it ’s amazing all that it can hold, and it ’s super comfortable to wear and have on all day. My one word of caution is to not wear the bag with any kind of delicate athletic/spandex- type clothing since the heavy- duty woven strap can snag or pull the fabric. For people who talk about colour transfer, please use common sense. If you buy the bag in a light colour, yes, of course, it will get dirty( the light colours make no sense to me and don ’ t blame the company for that)!! Similarly, yes, do not wear the bag in a dark colour rubbing against a white shirt. It ’s obvious from the material of the Sling that colour can transfer in both ways. I have mine in Dark Forest( same colour as my backpack and several items of clothing) and absolutely adore it. I love how I can grab the bag by the handles or the long strap, how everything is securely zipped, how hard- wearing the material is, and how I can also hook things to the bag if necessary. I can ’ t recommend it enough.

This daypack is a well- rounded minimal travel daypack. One large compartment that is expandable. Folds down flat so it can be packed. Comes with a couple of well placed straps for compression and stability( sternum strap). The bottom is made of a more durable material. It's not too hard to pack and make this backpack stand on its own. Looks great too! Small con: bottle side pockets can be hard to use if pack is full. Maybe stretchy side pockets would work better. Would suggest Fjallraven team explore two- tone color options in the future.

If air bubble was a backpack, this is it. Shoulder bags are a pain and get in the way when traveling. This bag made security and boarding a plane and cruise easier and faster. The compartments help keep everything organized and there was enough space for the necessities for a 1 and 3 year old( wipes, diapers, extra clothes). The outer side pockets were big enough for their thermoses, and the back pocket in the bag was just enough to fit a thin changing pad. The straps are padded and comfortable. My son has recently outgrown his Jet18, after many many years of use and adventures. He is a tiny 11 year old, who is too tall for the Jet18, but too small for an XS adult pack. He has a 50l youth overnight pack that we love and the 38 is very similar! Like the 50l, I love that this pack is also adjustable and grows with the kid, allowing several years of use. He is currently on the middle setting( of 3 settings.) It has the top “ brain/snack pack ” that he likes and the inside is roomy enough for his 10 essentials, plus more. Osprey has changed the side pouches to have a fabric base, opposed to their previous mesh side pockets that would eventually wear out. I do wish Osprey made an adjustable back pack like this in a smaller liter. 38 liter is huge for a younger child as a daypack. He needs more than 18l( because his clothes are getting bigger and take up more space) but way less than 38l. I only have a 30l as an adult leader of the group.

[ I ’ ve had this new backpack for a little over a month now and I ’ m really enjoying it. From a work standpoint, there ’s a cushioned area for my laptop, iPad& other work files in the main pocket. In the secondary pocket that is sealed with Velcro, I carry all of my laptop cords and other miscellaneous supplies. I ’ m surprised how well the Velcro seals and nothing falls out. The side zipper allows me quick access to whatever I need. On top there is a small zipper pocket for my pens, pencils, and a calculator. There is also a water bottle holder on each side. But what I like most about this bag is the blaze orange interior, which helps me to see items that get buried in the bottom of the bag that would normally be difficult to see if it was lined in black. This is ingenious as I ’ ve never had a backpack with this coloration on the interior. I thought it would be annoying, but it is very helpful. I ’ m new to mystery ranch, but I am now hooked on their products! I have a new hunting backpack that I recently purchased, and it is outstanding! [ This bag is great for anyone doing backpacking and traveling and camping. This is a very large bag that will hold so much stuff. It will hold everything you need to go on a trip. I like how light it is but also how sturdy it can be. You can pack a lot and stuff and stuff stuff in here and it's still not super heavy. It comes with plenty of pockets and spots to fit things. Everything can have its own place. I love how easy it is to strap on and how the straps stay in place once you start wearing it. This bag does n't slide around on your back at all and I like that because with moving around a lot bags tend to slide around. I like how easy it is to clean and store when not in use!!

Even with all my gear in it, it is still so easy to carry. I can move so much more freely with this bag. Wearing the bag is super comfortable, the straps are nice and padded.
