I bought this for my 15 year old daughter that plays high school golf 4 days a week. Summers are hot in So Cal so I opted for this tank to keep her cool. It's breathable but also a little loose. I usually buy her a medium in women's( she's 5' 5 120lbs for reference) but the size small was recommended and would have been swimming in a medium. Room for growth for sure and definitely has to wear a sports bra under.
