This bagpack is fantastic for keeping your items cold/hot. Everything on the pack is high quality. It's very spacious and when you 're carrying the pack, the weight feels evenly distributed. I took it on an 8 mile hike and the only issue I had was the straps chaffed against my skin. I hike in tank tops so that was a bit of an issue for the bare skin in contact with the straps. The heavier the bag is, the more you 'll feel the chaffing. I have other bags that do n't do this. Other than this minor detail, the bag is fantastic.

It makes my work days so much easier on me. It is compact but yet it has a lot of room. I love the placemat and silverware set it comes with. The place mat truly protects the surface I am eating on because I have spilled a few things and soups don ’ t even penetrate the mat. Truly waterproof. The plastic based utensils are durable and are really useable and not flimsy at all. The straw and utensils are dishwasher friendly too. The lunchbox has two compartments which makes it ideal for cold and warm items all at once.
