I bought this seat to use with my slingshot. It folds and easily stores behind my seat. It handles my weight well as I am over 200 pounds.

My wife uses this little fold up stool when birding, At some youth sporting events, and just when she needs to take a sit down. It ’s so small and so light that you could carry it anywhere. Sometimes she uses it just for 10 or 15 minute break sometimes for a whole little league baseball game.

I bought this for the Eagles Super Bowl Parade. We were in the front row for the parade and it was nice to have the stool instead of a folding chair while we were waiting. When the parade started, it was easy to collapse, unobtrusive, and lightweight to hold. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a quick place to sit while waiting for a parade, in a line, etc.

VERY Close TIE to the famous competitor GCI Quik E- Seat! Theirs feels a hair more comfy with the slightly more cushioned back. But this DSG beats it hands down for carrying long distances( more comfy) and definitely easier to store( entire unit locks together with a built in strap that the other brand does n't even have).

I purchased this tripod seat to use when waiting at bus stops that do n't have any formal waiting areas and for when biking around Road America that can easily attached to my day bag to watch car races at various turns. I like this because it is light weight, easy to assemble/dissemble, and has a sturdy carrying case. I am 5'9 '' and 140 lbs and is the perfect height. This is a great seat for utility use. It fits my needs of needing a seat on the go and provides compact storage in a tote, backpack, or any other type of bag. When I plan go go hiking in the future, this will definitely be with me to use when I need a short break or to just enjoy the scenery if lying on the ground is not optimal.

I 've been looking for a stool, chair or something that would pack small enough to fit in my pack but that I could also use to actually get work done while sitting. Most packable chairs are good for lounging but do n't let you plop down and work on something. it's pretty good. Seems to be made well. I 'll update my review in a few months.

[ Read the reviews& purchased based on them. I was not disappointed! The seat does take a bit of strength to attach, but it's not that bad using the provided finger loops. Once you get the hang of it it's easy peasy! Easliy supports my 6' 225lb frame and spins effortlessly. Super lightweight to boot. If you 're considering this one just buy it! It's the best choice at this price point. I was surprised at the quality and really love it!!

[ Used on an elk hunting trip. Comfortable and light weight. The shoes on the legs could have a little more surface area. Sink in depending on terrain. 1 adjustable length leg would be ideal for uneven ground.

Been wanting one of these for a long time. Finally purchased a couple to use when attending tournaments. Pretty sturdy for even a big guy. Nice and light to carry as well. Its great to be able to carry such a lightweight chair to rest on. Better than standing up continuously. I also use when changing into shoes at the course. Small enough to keep in the car.

Use this on many occasions when my bad back starts giving out after walking or standing for too long. What a relief to be able to sit down for a while...... especially when there's no seating around( sidelines at field games, golf tournaments, etc).

I am using mine for soccer games where I can sit during the game on the field without having to lug a bulky chair down to the field. It's not cushy, if that's what you are looking for. It will also be great for winter training on a turf field where there is no seating. I have been looking for it since I originally saw it. Finally, I found it at the golf section behind the counter. I love it!
