This is labeled as an adult size, however There Velcro strap for the upper arm needed to be just a tiny bit longer for a more comfortable fat it did fit, but like I said, if you have larger biceps, you might wan na try this on before you buy it. We were gifted this from influencer and for the short time it will be worn while playing in a game it worked well for us. It does have two separate pieces, one for the upper arm one for the lower arm, which is great for mobility, but they also connect to keep them in place to protect your elbow. This is not a really hard show plastic like a helmet. This is made of more of a softer material but not like foam soft.
