I ’ m always looking for a gear bag that allows me enough room to keep all my stuff organized for game day( including having a ball), but not require lugging around a gigantic bag( I sometimes play as keeper, so that means having additional gear and uniform with me). I realized I do not need half the stuff that I carry and wanted a bag that just held my two main paddles, balls, grips, eraser and room enough for my phone and wallet. Perfect!! this bag holds all that and a little bit more. It does not have enough room for my shoes, but that's ok because I use a shoe hanger clipped to the top of the bag. Now my shoes can air out instead of being in an inside pouch of my larger bags where I often forgot to take my shoes out when I got home. I was tired of duffle bags and needed a backpack that my basketball could fit in. This is the absolute best bag for this. The net on the outside of the bag holds your basketball and it ’s pretty secure. Easy to steal if you leave it laying around because it ’s in view and not hidden inside the bag, but if you are always with your bag or it ’s locked up when you are not, then that ’s not an issue. The ball won ’ t come out unless you want it to. Use the draw string and it ’s super secure. Now the bag itself is great. It has two side zipper pockets. One is deep and goes across the width of the bag and the other is more shallow to fit your iPhone pro max and you wallet and keys. So big pocket still, just not as big. It has a large zipper that opens the bag completely and in that compartment there is another zipper to put your shoes in. It has nice ventilation system in the back too so your shoes get air. Once your shoes are in you can use the rest of that large compartment for whatever you need, for me a change of clothes/outfit. Then the last zipper is in front and is a smaller compartment to put quick access stuff. For me it ’s my electric ball pump, and I still have room for some other items in that smaller compartment. The bag is comfortable and appealing. You won ’ t see anyone else with the same bag as you unless they are a HOOPER!

A few extras to note, it has a velcro patch for you to stick your glove onto when you 're not using it in between swings, a small pen pocket, a sleeve to hold a drink and a sleeve to store your umbrella. It's got plenty of pockets( 6) of varying size to store all your stuff and the legs pop out confidently every time. The only thing that I do n't love is that the handle you grab to hold it horizontally is just a nylon strap hooked across another nylon strap so I worry about the durability over time. I wo n't remove any points from my overall review because using the straps to hold it either backpack or one- shoulder style are very comfortable.
