I purchased this bat recently due to all the media hype. I noticed that my regular bat had mostly ball scuffs closer to the trademark and not at the end of the bat. I figured the TPD1 would be the best choice since that model has the sweet spot closer to the trademark. For me, the bat is easier to swing, feeling more balanced and lighter due to the location of the sweet spot. I have had good success with limited at bats so far.
