Gave this five stars because I like it so much. Great combination of how rugged something can be, and still be lite enough to want to take with you. Also good corrosion resistance. Be carefull of the gas connector which is on the bottom if you carry it by the handle. If you set it down in dirt or sand it can clog the gas orifices. Cap it with a piece of plastic bag and rubber band during transport.

I received a recommendation for a Camp Chef Mountaineer from my brother. I could n't be happier with this piece of camp equipment. It makes cooking a breeze! It's super portable and has a really sturdy construction. We took it out for it's inaugural trip in the woods and it performed so well. When boiling water, you can really tell how much heat it puts out. Easy to control. Simple and sleek aluminum construction. I highly recommend!

Long time Camper, restaurant veteran. Using stove for first time on current trip. Seems very sturdy and well made. Excellent temp control from low to big heat output. Each burners independently controlled and put out full heat range. Easy to clean. It is pretty large, will accommodate larger pans or griddle. Waited a long time for stove to be in stock, disappointed that legs remain out of stock.

[ I bought this camp stove for camping off grid in our teardrop trailer. It is solidly construction and the high btu output means you can make a pot of coffee or cook your burgers in no time flat, even at high altitude. The stove is very solidly constructed and I like the fact that I can run it off LP and not those little gas bottles which offer little run time and create a lot of litter.

[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

[ The Coleman Cascade 222 2- Burner Camping stove is so useful when I am traveling, camping, going to parks and beaches. I can cook actual meals or heat food without having to start a fire or find a convenient store/gas station microwave. The stove is very easy to use, directions are self- explanatory and the food gets heated very quickly. It ’s stainless steel so all messes are very easy to clean. The enclosing case is also very travel friendly as you can just pick up and go, then open/utilize when you need. I love the teal color too it is so aesthetic and cute. I ’ ve made instant noodles on it, tea and heated some leftovers on it — everything cooks to perfection. It very efficient and effortless as it does not take very long for it to heat up. It is exactly like a regular stove.

Very good stove for camping. Two burners. Good heat output, helps with quickly cooking food for everyone at camp, due to the good space and size of the burners. I have used it on cold mornings as well and I love it. It is very easy to clean, with the removable grates. The windscreen was very useful in windy conditions. Have been using throughout 2025 and I would definitely recommend for anyone camping as a group.

this unit is nice and compact and has everything except the propane itself, it heats up fast and has nice wind guards to protect the flame and keep things at temperature! its such and easy setup too the only thing that could be annoying was if you did n't have a big enough table the propane is kind of awkward but other than that this unit is everything I was looking for in a camp stove!

Very efficient, impressively efficient, cooked several meals barely used a half tank of propane didn ’ t have a chance to boil water but I imagine it will boil water a lot faster than a home stove gas/electric.
