I 've been using camp stoves for some 40 years and I like it so far. I really like the outer case and the recessed knobs and connectors. I would like to see the burners a bit more robust but I 'll see how long they last.

This is a great addition. It makes it extremely easy to level the stove. The installation is not as easy as the pictures portray, you can not simply push them in.

After using my grill for the first time trying to level it was an effort. I was not aware of the levelers until I got home and immediately. Ordered them for the next time. THESE ARE A MUST FOR YOU GRILL!!!

These levelers are well made, fit perfectly, and work as expected. I removed the legs from the stove, used a long dowel rod to pop out the original end caps, and then tapped these in.

[ This thing is very impressive upon first glance. It ’s built very well and feels sturdy. The lid moves well on its sturdy hinges and I like the wind guards. The burners are able to set very low but will still create some heat, keep stirring up that food while on the burners. I think this is one of the most modern stoves I have seen in a while. Looks like a laptop when closed and with legs folded in. The legs are a nice touch with locking in positions so the legs won ’ t collapse while cooking. The location of the propane insert cable is a good one and allows more options for propane tank storage. I am very happy with the purchase and look forward to cooking on this thing for a long time.

I can see why it won the design award. Engineered very well, well thought out and the best materials. Just got back from 2 weeks in the wilderness. glad I got this stove. Also with carry bag, another well made product. Picked both up at your place, was in a hurry to take it on the trip.

Bought this well over a year ago. Has been a great stove for camping and our van trips. It ’s super thin and easy to pack away. Would definitely recommend this stove for anyone who is looking for a thin stove to travel with.

Hotdogs and New York strips marinated in- Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, lemon juice and fresh diced garlic cloves! then Frozen. Then thawed and brought to room temperature where they sat until it was time to grill. On a side note, the more and more that I use and get familiar with this little Coleman travel Grill, I have to admit I am falling in love with it. I stripped the* Cast Iron grates*, cleaned them and re seasoned them to my liking. I also purchased a hose adapter to run a 20 lb bulk tank but have not used it yet. The idea that I can switch between 1 lb cylinders or bulk tanks is definitely a win for me depending on what I am doing. The heat control from right to left side of the grill is phenomenal. This propane grill is going to be awesome for camping during burn bans and traveling. I also did a little research and there are aftermarket grille inserts that I can purchase to accommodate breakfast with either a full griddle or a half griddle as well as a `` stovetop burner Style insert '' for resting your Coleman percolator coffee pot on. Then, to sweeten the deal even more this grill actually folds down and Tucks right away in the back of my minivan either standing up vertically or laying down flat. I plan on building a removable shelf to go over the grill in the storage position so I can still utilize the space in the back without having awkward angles to rest stuff on. Coming from a guy that has used various charcoal grills and split burning smokers, I love the convenience of this little propane grill and and it has received a huge thumbs up on my YouTube channel. I do plan on buying the grill inserts at a future date.

This is the third Roadtrip grill I ’ ve owned over the last several years. They ’ ve all cooked great and been very mobile( which helps when the Navy moves you every couple years), but this version is also very easy to clean. The third burner, relocated gas hookup, and safety latch( when folded) are all great improvements. While I ’ m looking forward to cooking many great meals on this grill, I ’ m also looking forward to the additional improvements Coleman makes for my fourth Roadtrip grill.

I 've had this grill about a year and have used it consistently for camping. It cooks well, even got the griddle top for bacon, etc. My wife suggested getting a new grill for the back patio and I told her I just wanted to get a conversion hose to attach this one to a larger tank. Love this thing!
Camp stoves with legs provide a stable cooking surface that is elevated off the ground, making them easier to use while standing. This design also helps to keep the stove away from dirt, moisture, and debris, ensuring a cleaner cooking experience. Additionally, the height can make it more comfortable to cook for extended periods, reducing strain on your back.
Camp stoves with legs typically use propane or butane as fuel sources, which are popular for their efficiency and ease of use. Some models may also accommodate wood or charcoal, depending on their design. It's important to check the specifications of each stove to ensure compatibility with your preferred fuel type.
Yes, camp stoves with legs are versatile and can be used for various types of camping, including car camping, tailgating, and backyard barbecues. Their portability and stability make them ideal for both short trips and longer stays. However, for backpacking or more remote camping, a lighter, more compact stove might be more appropriate.
When selecting a camp stove with legs, consider factors such as the number of burners, cooking power, and fuel type. Think about how many people you will be cooking for and what types of meals you plan to prepare. Additionally, look for features like portability, ease of setup, and any additional accessories that may enhance your cooking experience.
Camp stoves with legs are often constructed from durable materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, or heavy-duty plastic. Stainless steel is favored for its resistance to rust and corrosion, while aluminum is lightweight and easy to transport. The choice of material can affect the stove's weight, durability, and overall performance.
While camp stoves with legs can be used in various weather conditions, it's essential to take precautions during inclement weather. Wind can affect cooking efficiency, so using a windscreen or setting up in a sheltered area can help. Additionally, ensure that the stove is stable and secure to prevent accidents in windy or rainy conditions.
