As it promised, the ventilated material in back helped in keeping my hand from sweating AS MUCH. Of course, it still sweated ultimately. The grip is SO adhesive, I would recommend not using any other grip tape type products, which is a great feature once you are aware and confident in its gripping quality. The large is a snug large.
