These fit a little loose and very comfortable and also light weight. I bought the cream and mink colored shirts which are pretty nice. I haven ’ t worn them to workout yet but I can ’ t imagine there being a problem. I think they fit true to size. I ’ m 5 ’. 10 ” and 210 and bought an xl fits just right.
