We were given one of these bats to demo from a Rawlings representative through our travel baseball organization and I can say hands down it is the best bat I have ever swung. The bat was an inch longer than I usually swing and I was still able to swing it stronger faster and with more control than with any of the other bats I ’ ve owned. My bat of choice before the icon was a Cat 9 composite. The icon is a more balanced bat with far superior “ pop ”. The ball flies off the bat.

I bought this mint green Icon( great color) for my high school aged grandson and it was his second Icon. He had a 2023 model and really liked it, but after a lot of use it broke last year. He is using the new one now and said it was the `` Hottest Bat '' out of the wrapper he has ever had, and he has had A LOT of bats, trust me. States it feels balanced to swing, but has a lot of pop and a huge sweet spot. I 'm really pleased with this purchase and results so far. A little more expensive but worth it.

Got for my boy on a 15u travel team. Right away, I noticed him pulling the ball more in his first few games. Balls were finding that open field on the left side. He said it feels really balanced and he can control his swing better than the other 1 piece bats out there. He said that every time he has hit on the barrel it has been a base hit. So far he really likes this bat and he is happy with the purchase. Once he gets used to it, I can see balls flying in the gaps a lot more often.
