Bought this for my daughter's 9th birthday a few weeks ago. She is mildly obsessed with baseball and this was on her list for awhile. While I prefer to play catch with her, this allows her to throw harder, practice certain pitches or to throw when no one is around as a partner. I 've even found myself out there pitching hard into it and catching the flyballs that come back( how we set it for now). Looks like it will last awhile and get lots of use. Was n't hard to put together although I did have to put parts together and then take them apart and reverse them opposing what was instructed. This is a really diverse training tool. It's a perfect size for my younger kids to use as a goal, and my teenager is able to use the rebounder for high school drills. This is not a flimsy PVC goal. It is able to absorb some big kicks. It is also very easy to move when I need to mow.

I have never had anything that my kids and I have used as much as this net. We have had it for two years and used it daily in spring and summer. It has great rebound action and is a good size to use as a goal. It does not rust and has been very durable. With all the use, one of the bungees snapped finally but I actually just tied the ends together tightly and it's still good to go. Replacing bungee is easy too. This net has honestly made all of us better soccer players, terrific for training.

I purchased this as an entry model for rebounding. I really like the muuv app that came with it and it has helped me get started. I 'm not someone who enjoys exercise, and while I 'm on it I do n't love it, but I find myself drawn back to the thing almost everyday. I have done 100 jumps when exhausted and it has woken my brain up. Although it does fold up, I do n't think I 'm strong enough to it alone so I carry it upstairs when I 'm done. Its very quiet, but you might consider floor mats if using on uneven wooden floors.

I received my Stamina InTone Oval Jogger Trampoline yesterday and I ’ ve completed two full workouts! I had knee surgery last yesterday and I need a low joint impact workout. My only complaint is the cloth holders at the bottom holding the bands. My left side broke at the beginning of my without. I paused the video and used a silicone bracelet and it worked fine, but I still need a new clip, it ’s broke and has made a hole on my padding. I love the all over body workout!
