Being brief, the store had a great price on the 6- pack of these tennis balls, but did not have high altitude balls in 6- packs( needed for Colorado play). The employee ordered 10 6- packs for me( the high altitude balls), gave me the store sale price, and shipped them to my home( an hour away) for free. This is the kind of service anyone would like.
