Great value. Took about a week or 10 days to get and the set up was easy. The rack is more sturdy than I thought it would be and the safety bars are easy to move. I would recommend it for those who want to continue to work out during COVID 19.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted. Overall I 'm happy with the quality of the rack.

This cage is absolutely fantastic! I added the lat pull down attachment and my home gym is complete... for now. Good quality, very sturdy, no shaking once I got everything tightened. Shopped around for some farmer carry bars and what drew my attention to these besides the great price was the knurled grips that I did n't see most if not all of the others. I ordered them on a Friday and they were delivered on Wednesday. The packaging was in good shape and there were no flaws in the finish of the bars. The bars weighed in at 22. 2lbs each on my bathroom scale. There is 12 '' of sleeve length which will allow for plenty of weight. They came with 4 spring collars which is a good thing because standard spring collars are too big. But less than standard olympic sleeve diameter seems to be the norm with all these carry bars. I did find that my hex collars will also work on them, just not as tight as on an Olympic bar. I 'm very happy with the purchase and ca n't wait to try them out.

Just got them and tried them out. Paint on collars is fragile, but I 'm not sure why the collars are painted anyway( main reason for 4 not 5 stars). They seem well built otherwise and held up to the 220# I had on each of them. They are well balanced and provided quite a workout. The knurling is pretty agressive, but similar to powerlifting bars. Chalk helped.

I 'm 62 and purchased this about 2 months ago. So far, I find it to be very good. I lift weights 3 days a week and use this Golf Forever the other 4 days of the week. It's not a `` muscle strenuous '' workout so it compliments my other routine. My weakness is with balance and flexibility so I believe over time this Golf Forever trainer will help because I 'm already seeing some benefits. Before starting it asks you what equipment you have so it can provide routines that you can do in addition to the Golf Forever trainer. I would suggest getting a good foam roller because the routines they have for it are good.

Good equipment and great results so far. 3 weeks into it and I have quantifiable positive results. The program membership will cost more after the trial but it is explained. No carry case when bought from GG but I wouldn ’ t be carrying it around so it ’s meaningless. The equipment and program get results. I ’ ve done 3 weeks 6 days per week and 32- 40 minutes per session and all sessions have golf related impact. I will continue using it. Buy it from wherever but buy it and use it. You ’ ll be glad.
