The Headwaters Hip Pack is fantastic! It's a great alternative for those( like me!) who do n't want to wear a vest. Lots of pockets( even on the belt), nice fly holders built in, water bottle pocket and loops/straps to attach tools, etc. It is fully adjustable and also has a strap to carry it over your shoulder if desired.

Great pack, well thought out design. The only thing I struggle with is the small zippers. They can be dissociated to close once open.

I like the daisy chain on either side of the front of the pack for attachment of accessories and my SIMMS Tippet Caddy. The tool dock is very handy for my nippers and clamps, a great place to attach my new SIMMS Carbon retractor( which doesnt fall off). This pack is a great affordable piece of fishing gear and that will give an angler season after season of reliable use. I have only one con on this pack, I wish it had a detachable shoulder strap that would make it even more comfortable to wear.
