This thing does awesome on the James river. It ’s actually huge. I was able to sit criss cross if I wanted to comfortably. It ’s always very sturdy, so it supported my head and neck when I layed back in it. The zipper pouch to hold snacks is a plus too! I ended up getting two.

This is a very nice tube, the feel, texture and quality of the materials. The mesh bottom feels thick and I am sure will hold up a long time. We go down rivers alot and need tubes that can handle the sticks, gravel, bolders and logs. I put my small purse and phone in a 5- liter dry bag along with a 24 oz. monster drink that has a lid and a 20 oz power aid drink, it all fit in the zippered pouch. I 'm a big fan of Burley trailers. This is the fourth one I 've bought, and this one is for my friends and their daughter. So far I 've used it to ride her to the playground and also to haul my camping gear on a 4 day camping trip. It was heavier than panniers for the camping gear, but still worked fine. It's perfect for riding around a kid. I love how easily it folds up to put in a car. The hitch is super easy to use, and I bought an extra hitch so that we can switch it between bikes. I 've been using slime for years and I absolutely love that these tubes heal themselves when they get a puncture. Although, after removing a larger object, I 've noticed that it helps to rotate the wheel— flip your bike upside down and spin the wheel a few times to fill the hole. This is a great product, and I always keep spare slime tubes handy.
