I received these skates for Christmas. They are well made and comfortable. Order the size that you need. I wear a 9 1/2 and I ordered 10. They are great with a thicker sick. The laces are WAY too long. I changed them out with a 60 '' boot lace and they are perfect. The Velcro tab could be longer. When you strap it it does n't cover the Velcro and the laces get stuck in the Velcro. The skates appear to come sharpened but the edge was very inconsistent. They were a lot better after I took them in bOverall great skate for$.

I am a 68 year old woman who skates very, very infrequently! However, I got skates for my young granddaughter for Christmas, and thought it might be fun to go with her on occasion. My old figure skates were probably 45 years old, offered no support and were not very comfy! I decided it was time to invest in a new pair or give up the idea of skating all together! I like the feel of skating on a hockey blade rather than on a figure skate blade. Not sure why. I took a chance ordering them without trying them on, because I happened to see them on- line, thought they were kind of cute for hockey skates, and did n't really want to take the time running around looking for skates at various stores during the busy Christmas season! I 'm like a 80's kid again. I bought these skates so I can get some cardio in. These Chicago Inline Skates are great. They come with a wrench so u can adjust your skate wheels. They only come in whole sizes. I wear an 8 1/2 so I got a size 9. They were a lil big, but they fit perfect with socks.

So anyway, I ordered my size( 10) and I 'm very happy I did so... I do n't think they run large, I think they run pretty true to size. As a product, great quality and a great value!

I recently purchased these skates because I ca n't afford$ 150 skates at the moment. They are great quality for it's price. Did n't need major sharpening when I received it. They work great on the ice. I can do some jumps just do n't go too hard on it. I recommend using these skates for beginning classes but if you want to get into major competition I suggest spending the extra money to buy competition skates. I usually wear a size 7. 5/8 and I purchased a 7, it fit nicely.

As a young boy we could n't afford hockey skates so I always wore my sisters figure skates. Much later when I was now on my own I took back into ice skating but this time wearing men's hockey skates. The problem with the men's skates they did n't have toe picks and that was what I really missed. These Tricot Figure Skates in ladies size 11 fit me perfect and they are exactly what I needed to be able to enjoy ice skating again. It would have been nice if they came in black but I will get useto wear white figure skates again.

The original skate was too small I got online with Dick's Chat line and within a few minutes a return was processed and a replacement skate was ordered in the correct size. I received the replacement skate in 3 days and the return slip was emailed to me the same day. Dick's went ahead and shipped the skate without me having to purchase the same pair and before they received the incorrect pair back in stock. This was not Dick's error but mine, I ordered the wrong size. The skate is great it looks like a good quality of material and is what I expected. For sporting goods Dick's will get my business.

I was sketchy in getting these because the reviews on size, however, I ordered a 6 and I wear a 6. They fit perfectly and are comfortable. I have wide feet and they don ’ t feel tight anywhere on my feet. They are great material and the style is amazing. So happy I got these.

First of all, these skates run one size too large- make sure you account for it if ordering online. I had to return the first pair of skates and reorder because of sizing issue.( As a note, Dick's customer service was outstanding! I purchased the first pair with 20% discount, and employees made sure my second pair would come at no additional cost.) Pros- the skates are very comfortable, much better than BMX or couple of other brands I tried at the stores. I also like speed- lacing system- it allows to tighten the skates very quickly. I also liked the skate build quality( at least at first' eye' quality inspection, can not say anything about the durability since I just have purchased them) Cons- the lacing area is just way too short while laces are way too long. The hook at the ankle area on the picture is as far as the laces go. They would need to add at least one more hook at the top of the boot to provide secure lacing with velcro as giving additional support.( This is exactly how other soft boot style skates designed). Now the remaining laces on the boot are so long, that I wrap them around the boot twice to reduce the length. It kind of solves the issue of having no second hook at the top, but overall such design is a bit rediculous. I decided to keep the scates for comfort despite the strange lacing system. I was able to secure the boot at the top with extra lacing- and it seem to work. Have not tried them on the ice yet, but the blades seem all right. Will update if something will not go as expected.
