I have very sensitive skin and this suit provides a protective layer from extreme weather cold or hot, chlorine, or unknown debris in the pool or ocean. The light weight does not impede my stroke at all. I love the pink trim as well.

I purchased this wetsuit to keep me warm in the pool. Since it is not heated, I needed a little protection. This suit is perfect.

I dont know about this being a wetsuit, it does n't work well keeping me warm in the water, but it works great in place of pajamas! ... This goes great as a base layer to wear under a real wetsuit and other gear or, once again, you can wear it alone for lighter

Definitely seems like it will keep me warm. ... Love the fit and the stirrups at the feet and finger loops at the cuffs make it easy to wear as an undergarment while keeping it in

Very happy with this purchase! Bought it to wear kayaking on hot days while the water is still chilly but calm. Love the fit and the stirrups at the feet and finger loops at the cuffs make it easy to wear as an undergarment while keeping it in place. Great suit!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
This will be used for putting docks in the water in the Spring. Definitely seems like it will keep me warm. Fits ok for a guy that ’s a little under six foot, two hundred pounds. But it seems a bit cheaply made. The padding on the knees are not very thick and there is a little tab of velcro at the top of the zipper to prevent the zipper from working it ’s way down. It ’s not really needed because there is the velcro mock collar tab above the zipper on the neck that already covers the zipper. I ’ m going to remove it
Skin wetsuits provide thermal insulation and protection from the elements, making them ideal for water sports. They help to retain body heat while allowing for flexibility and ease of movement. Additionally, they protect the skin from sun exposure, abrasions, and stings from marine life.
Skin wetsuits are typically made from neoprene, which offers excellent insulation and flexibility. Some may also incorporate additional materials for enhanced durability or comfort. The thickness of the neoprene can vary, affecting warmth and buoyancy.
Skin wetsuits are versatile and can be used for a variety of water activities, including surfing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. They are particularly beneficial in warmer waters where full thermal protection is not necessary, yet some insulation and protection are desired.
Choosing the right size skin wetsuit involves measuring your body dimensions and comparing them to the manufacturer's sizing chart. It's important to ensure a snug fit without being overly tight, as this will provide optimal insulation and comfort during water activities.
Skin wetsuits are best suited for warmer water temperatures, typically ranging from 65°F to 75°F. In colder waters, thicker wetsuits or additional layers may be necessary to maintain body heat. Always consider the specific conditions and your personal comfort level when selecting a wetsuit.
Caring for a skin wetsuit involves rinsing it with fresh water after each use to remove salt and chlorine. It's also important to avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can degrade the material. Storing it flat or hanging it in a cool, dry place will help maintain its shape and longevity.
