I know why they call this product the slam dunk shootout because it really is a slam dunk! Both of my boys can play on it at the same time and there are 4 balls- two for each kid. They can even store and it bring it back out to play all by themselves so I do n't have to help. I 'm going to buy a second one for when my nieces and nephews come over.

I wish they had more colors and were more affordable. I appreciate Dick ’s carrying them in store, as my 11. 5 year old son is between sizes so I liked he could try on. He weighs 115 and is 5 foot 5 and the adult small is a good fit.

I have been looking to do more exercises that will increase my golf swing speed. I already do plenty of squats and kettle bell swings, but the Slam Ball is the perfect addition to my home gym as I feel like I can “ slam ” it much harder on the ground than a medicine ball. Setting this to a Tabata timer is a great way to increase heart rate and strengthen the key core muscles.
