I was hesitant to purchase a swim snorkel but am so glad I did. It allows me to focus solely on form and also gives my neck some relief for longer sessions. I 've read some reviews that said you have to bite the mouthpiece unusually hard to keep water out, but this has not been my experience at all. I 've had no issues with water leaking in, but there is a purge valve should this happen. There are 2 different caps that you can switch out to increase or decrease breathing resistance as well, and it comes with a mesh bag for storage. I do recommend using a nose clip with the snorkel.
