The boot is fairly lightweight and rugged. Very simple boot without much to it. Fits true to size and is able to lace up securely. Not as stiff as most other wading boots. I like that it has the metal rivets along the eyelights for the laces. These boots appear as if they were made to last. I would recommend this boot to others. It was a tad bulkier than what it appears in the picture, but not excessively so. Fits well with a lot of good support. Easy to walk in for a long day of fishing.

I usually wear a 7. 5 or 8 depending on the brand. I got the 8. I tried on the 8. 5 and they felt better in the store but were too long. After wearing them for one round robin, I am thrilled that I bought these. I do wear thin socks and use a shoe horn to get them on. I get lots of comments about how cute/nice they are also.
