Great for neutral runners: If you 're a neutral runner( meaning your foot does n't roll inward or outward excessively when you run), these shoes provide a stable platform for your runs. Spacious fit: The toe box has plenty of room, which is great for wider feet or runners who like a little extra wiggle room. Durable: These shoes seem well- made and should hold up well for many miles. Excellent value: The Winflo 11 is a great shoe at a very reasonable price point. Some things to consider: A bit heavy: Compared to some other running shoes, the Winflo 11 is a bit on the heavier side. However, the added weight does n't seem to affect performance for most runners. Not ideal for overpronators: If you tend to overpronate( your foot rolls inward excessively), these shoes might not provide the extra stability you need. [ The Nike C1TY Premium Shoe is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have worn in a very long time. At 1st glance, the shoe does not look comfortable and looks bulky, which usually translates to heavy and uncomfortable. This is not the case with this pair of shoes as I was pleasantly surprised when I initially tried them on. The shoe sole is well padded and has a nice bounce/rebound. When walking, you can feel the insole conform to your foot and has a memory foam feel. The toe box has ample space and was not constricting. I wore this pair all weekend and never once did I feel any discomfort or pain. The design of the Nike C1TY Premium Shoe is one that I would consider as upscale outdoor footwear. The design reminds me of a trail/hiking shoe but with style! The colorway is on point and the amount of orange makes the shoe standout without being overbearing. The outer sole provides superior non skid protection and enough tread to last a lifetime. The shoe is very sturdy but more comfortable than anything else. I really like and appreciate the use of CORDURA re/cor fabric on this pair of shoes. This fabric is known for its high durability and I know this pair will last a long time because of the fabric. I know I can take these for a moderate level hike and trust that the fabric will not be compromised. The fact that Nike can make such a durable shoe using reclaimed/recycled materials is inspiring. What I liked the most about Nike C1TY Premium Shoe was that it pleasantly surprised me on how comfortable the shoe really is, despite not appearing comfortable. The pair is very sturdy but comfortable. The use of reclaimed/recycled materials is also a highlight. Lastly, I always appreciate when Nike can add highly reflective materials in a very stylish fashion. Just enough 3M to catch your eye, making you have to look and admire the Nike C1TY Premium Shoes.

I like how they keep my ankles and feet stable when running, but have a good amount of pop to it. It's not as poppy or floaty- like as the Adidas shoes but they 're great. [ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. The fit feels more snug and secure, and overall it ’s more comfortable without losing stability for lifting. It still performs great during weight training, but now has a bit more flexibility and cushioning, which makes it better for mixed workouts and moving around the gym. The design is also cleaner and more modern the 6 was solid, but the 7 feels more refined all around and is definitely worth it.

The padding around the ankle and heel is SO soft and comfortable. It feels like a tempur- pedic pillow for your foot/ankle. My only recommendation for improvement would be that the end of the laces/string bounces around a bit while you are walking. I loved the Metcon 4s, I liked the 5s, I was not a fan the 6s. The 7s are my favorites overall. They are nice and flat, so perfectly stable for lifting. They also have enough cushioning for comfort while walking or short treadmill runs. Sizing: Seens to be a bit different from previous versions — I typically wear a size 9 in most Nike shoes. But, I wore a size 9. 5 in Metcon 4 and a size 9 in Metcon 7.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I ’ m very picky, as I have trouble with my back, the back of my heels and legs hurting. I ’ m a nurse in a cardiac cath lab, standing daily at times for multiple hours, and I do not have these issues with these shoes. [ I have 3 runs under my belt so far and I really enjoy the comfort of the shoe while on the trails. I usually run in Ghost series on the road, so this felt natural. The grip on the shoe gives me great traction, sometimes almost too much as I have unfortunately not gotten used to lifting my foot as much as needed for trails. I would highly recommend for light trails. I have n't taken on a more technical `` mountain hike/run '' yet but I think it would hold up well. They are n't waterproof, so I would n't go running through the creek, but they seemed to do well on wet leaves.

These OluKai shoes are wonderful. They are light and perfect for warm weather. They do run small, BUT nowadays it seems like most shoes do. I have been a 9. 5 for years but now most shoes I buy fit better if I size up a half size to a 10 – which was the case here! I have mixed review on width. My foot is narrow and when I tried on a 10 at my local TB store, the 10 fit in length but was pretty wide. I ordered because the color I wanted was not available for sale in any store and to my pleasure, the width was perfect. I think it may have been due to many people with wide feet trying on the one in the store causing it to widen. In any manner, the shoe is nice, the `` Rock '' color is perfect, as gray goes with all colorways as opposed to navy or clay( tan).
