I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time.
